ABOUT ME
A Creative Piano Teacher
Hi! My name is Melissa and I am a pianist and teacher in Strathmore, Alberta. I love teaching piano. It is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. Prior to opening my piano studio in 2017, I taught as a classroom teacher for fifteen years and treasure my time spent teaching elementary music, band, and a variety of junior and senior high school courses! I'm also an active church musician and busy mom of five beautiful kids.

Spring Recital
Wow! My class enjoyed a great year. We spent many lessons learning new music, technique and playing games. We made new friends, and developed musicianship through learning and performing duets and trios. We participated in the Strathmore Performing Arts Festival. Many students prepared for RCM exams. Bravo and congratulations to these fantastic kids for all their hard work!
